Magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride dissolved in water. It’s called magnesium oil because it feels oily. Magnesium oil is extremely suitable for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin. Due to its elementary properties, magnesium oil penetrates deep into the skin up to the cells.
- Depending on the amount of magnesium you need, press the atomizer and apply the magnesium to arms, legs, stomach, armpits or also apply directly to the spot of cramps. A slight tingling and a warm feeling is completely normal here
- Then massage in lightly.
- Let the magnesium oil work for at least 20 minutes.
- Rinse off the magnesium oil. It is also possible to have it withdrawn completely.
Tip! If you have very dry skin, you can then rub the skin with Shea Butter or natural Argan oil for the skin. If the magnesium oil provokes something in the beginning, first apply some water to the skin and then the oil.
For very sensitive skin, first dilute the magnesium oil with water.
Use 1 part magnesium oil and 3 parts water for a week, then slowly increase the ratio until the skin is used to it.
Adults on average use 10 – 20 sprays daily.
